Jo Goossens

Designer, an expert in the field of fashion and interior textiles graduated from the Royal Academy of Arts in Ghent, Belgium. For the past ten years, Joe has been specializing exclusively in the field of textile industry.
The last five years he has been working in the Belgian Calcutta company. This factory produses textile wallpapers mainly in classical style. Calcutta uses such materials as flax, silk, jute, rayon and synthetic fiber. Joe selects new collections, promotes Calcutta - Ray-Screen and Asanderus brands. Jo was inspired by the "Antwerp Six" — a group of influential avant-garde designers, graduated from the Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Arts, popular in the 80s.
Designer worked for various international projects, among them — an ocean liner, the flagship of the Cunard Line British shipping company - Queen Mary II, Marriott and Four Seasons hotel chains, the Presidential Palace (Kazakhstan), Lancaster Plaza Hotel (Lebanon, Beirut) Astoria Hotel (Ghent, Belgium), Crowne Plaza (Brussels Airport, Belgium), Kempinski Hotel River Park (Bratislava, Slovakia).
